I AM The Loving Awareness

I AM the quiet awareness behind every wave—
thoughts rising, emotions falling,
yet I remain, still and whole.

I gather every fragment of myself—
the broken, the blooming, the becoming—
and hold them gently in the light of love.

Nothing within me is rejected,
nothing is left unseen.
Each word, each action, each lesson
returns home to my embrace.

I AM not the storm nor the silence alone—
I AM the space that allows them both.
And in this vast, tender presence,
I choose to love all that I AM.
