Creation of Energies of 2026: Embracing New Year, The New YOU with a Positive Change
Let the change begin with you.
” Change can be scary, but you know what is scarier? Allowing fear to stop you from growing, evolving, and progressing.”
Change is difficult due to brain wiring that favors habits, fears of the unknown, emotional resistance, and the energy required to break routines. We are comfortable with staying the same because it feels safe. Comfortable with the comfort it provides in the safe zone.
We can ask ourselves, why do we want to change anyway? What is the purpose? Why do we need to make changes?
Change does not happen at certain times, specific times, or moments. it can happen anytime and anywhere within your BEing. Change is unpredictable, while at some point, it is true that we can also align our mindset of change. We shift our perspective to change as an ongoing and never-ending process as part of our cosmic-evolution and transcendence. We keep on evolving and changing. Changing for good and for the good of all. Rather than resisting change out of fear, we flow with it. We become the change itself.
New beginnings can have a psychological “fresh start effect” which helps us overcome past failures, set new goals, and improve our lives. It provides a mental reset, allowing us to leave the past behind and approach new opportunities with hope.
Some people do not believe in the power of change for some reason, depending on their experience of what change truly is. there may be reasons for such disbelief. Probably, the changes they wished to see were not effective at all; they noticed no improvement.
Based on my observation possible reason why the changes they wish to start fail. Here are my possible reasons I can see so far, but not limited to the following, as there are gazillions and billions of factors out there.
1. Setting resolutions that are too big right away.
2. Do not understand within themselves why they want to change. in short, you don’t have a purpose.
3. Making drastic changes all at once.
4. Changes are nonsense and just make-belief.
5. They are already contented or satisfied with what they are and what they have (status quo) so there is no purpose of making changes ended up being stuck or stagnant.
6. No support within the self or motivation (internal), or even external support to make changes.
EMBRACING THE NEW YEAR, THE NEW YOU with a POSITIVE CHANGE
Here are the prompts you can reflect:
1. Why do you want to change? What is your purpose of making a change? A purpose is not a goal. A purpose is what makes you work on your goals. A purpose is what makes you work on your goals. A purpose is what keeps you going no matter what the bumps and uncertainties along the way.
2. Small changes for BIG year. Start with small changes make small steps until you realize that you are far from the person who you thought you were. It can be as small as starting daily meditation for 5 mins. daily. it can be reading your favorite books (one book per week or month). Eating healthy and nutritious food and maybe you can start with one fruit a day if you are beginner and still struggling to make healthy changes. it can be as simple as exercise maybe 30 mins daily (yoga, gym, jogging, tai chi, qi gong, sports, mountain climbing or it can be as simple as walking and morning sun gazing.
3. Self-compassion- Compassion with the Self and from the Self is vital as you go along with those little changes as you may encounter challenges, struggles, resistances, fears, and blocks along the way to your journey of transformation. When that happens, pause and take a deep breath, journal, and self-reflect. What are the lessons, limiting beliefs, and revelations that come up with the change? Do you procrastinate? Are you focus with your goals or do you keep being distracted and tempted to go back to the old habits and behaviors? Be honest and be kind to yourself.
4. REST. Rest is a friend, but stagnation is a warning. Whenever you feel exhausted or exhausted, feeling like demotivated to continue, or feel like what you are doing is not working. REST. it is okay to rest and sleep, then continue later on. Gratitude Journal every morning helps you reset your energy field. It will help you reset your intention. Monitor and evaluate your progress while you take the rest.
I will share with you my plan for the year 2026 energies. Here are the changes I am making to welcome the NEW me.
1. Daily meditation, Be in NATURE and Yoga. I am planning to have my daily meditation for at least 30 minutes a day and Kundalini Yoga at least every day or maybe twice a week to increase light quotient or light frequencies flowing in our physical body.
I prefer and resonate with Kundalini Yoga, but if you prefer other movement activities, follow your intuition; it could never go wrong. You can try Taichi, Qi Gong, or other types of yoga, or if not, you can simply choose jogging, sports, or any other types of movement, maybe dancing. You can also travel or Be with Nature.
Kundalini Yoga is often called the Yoga of Awareness because it doesn’t just move your body; it reawakens your life. This integrative practice blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep inner connection.
There is a Kundalini Teacher I follow and recommend, her name is Salimah Kassim-Lakha, Certified Yoga Therapist and Kundalini Trainer with over 20 years of experience. She has tons of kundalini practice that designed to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported. | An Online Kundalini Yoga Training | Mastering Kundalini Yoga .

2. Learning New Skills. I am currently learning to create my own website and practice how to create beautiful content, writing blog and other creative endeavors. I am also learning Acrylic and watercolor painting, and maybe oil painting soon I find oil painting a little advanced, so I will start with the basics. I already have painting tools, and working on the discipline, patience, and commitment to learn.
3. Saving Money. This is actually my struggle, challenge, or opportunity I have. The money energy is coming in but it is flowing out unnecessarily, and it has to do with the belief system you have about money. How you treat money, how you spend money. The core lesson is the value and worth of the energy you hold with it. For me to recalibrate and realign my belief I actually bought an Ipon Challenge Booklet 100 Envelope Saving Challenge PU Waterproof Leather Money and also Wooden Paper&Coin Bank/Personalized Alkansya
4. Social Media Detox.
5. Space Clearing and Decluttering.
6. Eating healthy and nutritious food.
6. Gratitude Journal.
7. Read self-help and self-development books.
7. Other empowering activities that help me evolve, grow, and transform into the person I already am. It is important to limit or completely stay away from disempowering people and situations. Commit more time to empowering activities and people who empower you. Energy equals energy. When you remain within disempowering experiences, you subject yourself to remaining disempowered.
I AM sure that you are reading this because you also want to make changes. you want something or do something fulfilling in this lifetime. What are the changes and plans you have in mind to embrace the new you? It may be different and unique from what I have listed above. What are the small steps you want to take? What are your challenges, blocks, and resistances or fears you encountered along the way? What do you want to accomplish or experience in this lifetime?
What do you see yourself becoming? If you want to make a change, then when? How? What are you changing? and most importantly, why are you changing?
Let the change begin with you.
Regards.
